Ordering
To place an order, Click on the Add to Cart link. You will be taken to PayPal's secure server cart, where you will log into your PayPal account to finish your purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to open an account. It's quick, it's easy, it's secure and it's free to buyers.
We also accept Mail-in Checks and Money Orders. No Online Checks. If an item is out of stock at the time of shipping a credit will be made in the form of the original method of payment.
Return and Exchange Policy
Product must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Condition of product must not show wear and be in the same condition in which it left the office. You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund based on the original form of purchase. If you are returning a gift, you may choose an exchange or a credit toward your next purchase. The return shipping charge for the item(s) exchange is the responsibility of the customer. If product is received by the customer damaged, a notification must be received by the office within 48 hours. A pick up certificate will be issued by Silver City to have the package returned to the office. Please do not throw away the packaging as it will be necessary for the shipper.

Silver City guarantees the quality of the product to be Sterling Silver. The quality and composition of the stones are guaranteed to be as stated in the description.
Tax Policy
7% Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in the state of Florida.

- The email addresses collected are used to provide feedback on your order and shipping. We retain these addresses to inform you of specials or up coming events.
